Over the last 20+ years I have seen & experienced every super food, fad diet & weight loss/body transformation programme.

I absolutely love food, its an integral part of everyone’s lives. From lunch on the go to a birthday dinner celebration with cake and champagne.

Nutrition coaching can be very complicated and OTT when there really is no need for it to be.
