CFGS Young Teens (Ages 10-12)

Our young teens classes have a perfect balance of fun, socialising and physical activity. Through the Brand-X Method we build confidence in your young teenagers to achieve anything they set their mind to, in order to grow physically and mentally. We believe this confidence is especially crucial at this time in a young persons life when they are starting to overcome individual challenges.

The Brand X Method is a comprehensive, next-generation fitness framework designed to deliver physical literacy over the life course, preventing injuries, improving sports performance, and keeping you active and engaged for a lifetime. We progress the bodyweight movements such as squats and build proficiency with light dumbbells and barbells to build fundamental strength.

We introduce gymnastics skills such as pull ups, as well as using workouts which provide a cardio element, keeping your young-teen fit and healthy. This well-rounded, varied form of training supports individuals through any sporting discipline, providing a strong basis for physical development. We understand that all teenagers, as well as adults vary hugely with confidence, character and capability.

We therefore pride our coaching on understanding and supporting this, in any which way we can. We will recognise their individual needs and will coach them to achieve this, wether that is becoming more confident, getting stronger, getting fitter, or all of the above!  Kids at this age vary massively in every way and we meet your kid where they are to create a strong and confident young teen.
