CFGS Teens (Ages 13-18)
In our teens classes we use the Brand-X Method to provide challenging, but rewarding sessions to each teenager. The Brand X Method is a comprehensive, next-generation fitness framework designed to deliver physical literacy over the life course, preventing injuries, improving sports performance, and keeping you active and engaged for a lifetime. We understand that each teen will be at different stages in their fitness journey, with different abilities and individual challenges they are facing. However all teens during our sessions have the common goal of wanting to dedicate an hour to working on themselves both physically and mentally. As coaches we support this individuality, and aim to coach each teen so that they feel accomplished after a session, building confidence in both their character and ability. Our teens classes bridge the gap between our young teens and adult sessions, where we begin to safely increase the weights, and intensity at which they work out during a class. Our classes also involve a balance of developing gymnastic movements and cardio aspects through workouts, positively supporting athletic development in every area. Our focus is on competence within movement, and under supervision at all times the teens will learn how to safely, and effectively move through the disciplines we coach.
